How long will it take to make my order?

Every BRICKXLACE piece is handcrafted to order. General production estimates are:

• Crochet swimsuits: 1–3 weeks

• Beanies and bucket hats: 1–2 weeks

• Dresses, sets, tops, bottoms, outerwear, and jumpers: Typically 2–5 weeks, depending on the design

Please refer to the timeline on the individual product page for the most accurate estimate. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

Can I rush my order?

Rush production may be available depending on the piece and our current schedule. Please contact us before purchasingwith the item and your needed-by date.

We will confirm whether your request can be accommodated and provide a rush production fee. A deadline written in your order notes is not confirmed until we approve it.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available by request. Contact us before purchasing with your requested item, delivery ZIP code, and needed-by date so we can confirm availability and quote the cost.

Express shipping does not shorten production time. Rush production and express shipping are separate services with separate fees.

Do I need a custom consultation for a rush request?

No. If you are purchasing an existing BRICKXLACE design and only need rush production or express shipping, contact us directly before purchasing. A custom consultation is reserved for custom design requests.

How much is U.S. shipping?

Standard shipping is based on your order subtotal before shipping and taxes:

• Up to $85: $8

• $85.01–$149.99: $12

• $150 and above: Complimentary standard shipping

Express shipping is quoted separately.

How long does delivery take?

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. This is separate from the production timeline listed on your product page.

Carrier transit times are estimates and may vary.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders are currently handled by inquiry. Contact us before purchasing with your requested items and delivery country and postal code. We will confirm shipping availability and provide a quote.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your package.

How do I request a custom design?

Purchase the $50 Custom Consultation to begin discussing your design. We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

The consultation fee will be credited toward your custom garment if you proceed. Final pricing and production timing will be confirmed after we review your request.

Can I request a different color?

Available colors and customization options are listed on each product page. Select eligible ivory-base styles offer Custom Solid Dye for an additional $65, using the curated BRICKXLACE palette.

Ombré options are available only on designated styles and colorways. Hand-dyed pieces may have slight variations that make each garment unique.

How do I choose my size?

Review the product’s size chart and fit details before ordering. If you are between sizes or need help choosing, contact us before purchasing with your measurements and the style you are considering.

How do I care for my crochet piece?

Follow the care instructions provided for your specific garment. Handle crochet gently, avoid snagging, and store heavier pieces folded to help preserve their shape.
