• How long does it take to make dresses, sets, or jumpers?

  • Larger crochet items such as dresses, two-piece sets, tops, bottoms, outerwear, and jumpers take 2-4 weeks to make.

• How long does it take to make crochet accessories?

  • Crochet beanies & bucket hats take 1-2 weeks to make.

Shipping & Order Processing

• If I order multiple items, will they be shipped together?

  • Yes, all items will be shipped together unless requested otherwise.

• Can I receive express shipping on my order?

  • Yes, but you must fill out the custom order form to request express shipping.

• How do I receive my tracking information?

  • Once your item is completed, a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you do not receive it, please email us or direct message us on Instagram with your name and order number.

• What do I do if I put in the wrong address?

  • Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided:

    • We must wait to see if the package returns to the shipper before resending it to the correct address.

    • If the item does not return, an additional shipping fee will apply.

• How does sizing work?

  • For custom crochet garments, we recommend providing your exact measurements for the best fit.

  • We also follow U.S. lettering sizes (XS - XL) for reference.

• Can I customize an already-made item?

  • Yes! You can request changes like color adjustments, length alterations, or add-ons by filling out a custom order form. Additional charges apply:

    • Adding or thickening a strap: $5 - $20

    • Changing or adding colors: $35

    • Switching to lame yarn: $100+

    • Lengthening an item: $25- $60

    • Adding sleeves: $50 - $80

• Do you cater to plus sizes?

  • Yes! If you need a size over XL, please fill out the consultation form. Prices may vary depending on the amount of yarn required.
