Consultation Fee

A $50 consultation fee is required to begin the custom order process. This fee covers the initial consultation, where the customer and designer discuss order details, ensuring clarity before production begins. This step is essential for achieving a satisfactory outcome through a collaborative approach.

  • Consultation & Sketch: A sketch will be provided during the consultation. Once approved, we will determine the final price of the item.

  • Approval Process: Before shipping, we will provide pictures of the finished product to ensure it meets your expectations.


Order Policies

Payment & Changes

  • Pricing: Custom garments start at $250. Please specify your budget when placing an order.
  • All custom orders must be paid in full before production begins. Partial payments are not accepted.

  • Design modifications to an existing item are available for an additional cost.

  • Changes to an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Cancellations:

    • Within 5 hours of purchase: Full refund.

    • After 5 hours: Partial refund.

    • If the item is already completed, no refund will be issued.

Measurements & Sizing

  • Customers should have their measurements ready to ensure a proper fit.

  • We follow standard clothing sizes (S - 2XL) as a guideline.

Shipping & Deadlines

  • If you have any specific requests or deadlines, please communicate them during the consultation. 

  • Express shipping costs will be calculated after payment.

    Shipping Responsibility

    • Address Verification: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

    • If an issue arises, please contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance.

    If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • While we can create garments inspired by other designs, we cannot directly copy another designer’s work.
