Create a piece that reflects your personal style through BRICKXLACE’s custom design process. Each garment is developed through consultation and handcrafted specifically for you.

HOW TO BEGIN

Purchase a $50 Custom Consultation through our website to begin your custom order.

Include your design ideas, preferred colors, budget, and any requested delivery date in the order notes at checkout. If you have a deadline, please also include your delivery city and ZIP or postal code.

We will contact you at the email address provided with your purchase to discuss your garment, inspiration images, and any measurements needed.

CONSULTATION & DESIGN

Your $50 consultation includes an initial design discussion and a sketch of your proposed garment.

If you proceed with your custom garment, the $50 consultation fee will be credited toward its total price.

Purchasing a consultation does not begin garment production or guarantee a requested delivery date. Your design, final price, and production timeline must first be confirmed.

CUSTOM PRICING & PAYMENT

Custom garments start at $250. Final pricing depends on the design, materials, measurements, and complexity of the work. Please share your budget during the consultation.

Your final quote will be confirmed after the design is approved. The remaining balance must be paid in full before production begins. Partial payment plans are not available.

Requests to modify an existing BRICKXLACE design may involve additional charges. All charges will be confirmed before production begins.

DESIGN APPROVAL & CHANGES

Please review your sketch, colors, measurements, and design details carefully before approving your garment.

Changes must be requested within 24 hours of paying for your custom garment. Requests are subject to approval and may affect the price and production timeline.

Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed. Completed garments cannot be exchanged for a different design or color.

MEASUREMENTS & FIT

Accurate body measurements are essential for a custom garment. Please have your bust, waist, and hip measurements ready, along with any additional measurements requested during your consultation.

Our Size Guide includes XS through 2XL and may be used as a starting point. For custom garments, your confirmed measurements will guide the fit. Sizing beyond the listed range can be discussed during your consultation.

BRICKXLACE cannot guarantee fit when measurements provided are inaccurate or change after design approval.

PRODUCTION & DEADLINES

Your estimated production timeline will be confirmed during your consultation based on the approved design and availability of materials.

If you need your garment for an event or a specific date, include the date you need it delivered in your consultation order notes. We will review whether your deadline can be accommodated before you confirm your garment order.

A requested deadline is only accepted once confirmed by BRICKXLACE.

Production time does not include order processing or shipping transit time. After your garment is completed, please allow 1–4 business days for it to be prepared and shipped.

EXPRESS SHIPPING & RUSH REQUESTS

Express shipping may be available depending on your destination and requested delivery date.

Include your required delivery date, delivery city, and ZIP or postal code in your consultation order notes so we can assess the available options and provide an accurate shipping quote.

Express shipping shortens transit time only. Any request for faster production must be approved separately and may involve an additional charge.

Applicable shipping and rush production charges will be confirmed before you pay the remaining garment balance.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

For custom garment purchases, cancellations requested within 5 hours of payment qualify for a full refund of the garment payment.

After 5 hours, a partial refund may be available. The amount will depend on materials purchased and work already completed.

Completed custom garments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind, color preference, or design preference.

If your garment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

FINISHED GARMENT REVIEW

Before shipping, we will provide photos of your completed garment for review against the approved design.

This review does not include a new design round. Any requested changes will be assessed based on feasibility and may involve additional charges.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please verify your shipping address before your order ships. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed, as changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist with the next steps.

ORIGINAL DESIGN

Inspiration images are welcome, but BRICKXLACE does not directly copy another designer’s work. Your custom piece will be developed through our own design approach.

HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Slight variations in stitching, texture, and hand-dyed color are part of the handmade process. Each piece is unique, and exact screen-to-yarn color matches cannot be guaranteed.
