BRICKXLACE pieces are handcrafted to order. Please review the production timeline listed on each product page before purchasing. Production time is separate from shipping time.

U.S. standard shipping rates are based on your order subtotal before shipping and taxes:

• Orders up to $85: $8

• Orders $85.01–$149.99: $12

• Orders $150 and above: Complimentary standard shipping

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please confirm that your email and shipping address are correct at checkout.

EXPRESS SHIPPING & RUSH PRODUCTION

Express shipping and rush production are available by request and require approval before purchasing.

Please contact us through our Contact page with your requested item, delivery ZIP code, and needed-by date. We will review your request and confirm availability, timing, and additional fees.

Rush production prioritizes the making of your garment. Express shipping speeds up delivery after your garment is completed. These are separate services and are charged separately.

Express shipping is not included in complimentary standard shipping. Adding a deadline to your order notes does not confirm rush production or guarantee arrival by that date.

A custom consultation is not required to request rush production or express shipping for an existing BRICKXLACE design.

CUSTOM DESIGN ORDERS

To request a custom design, purchase the $50 Custom Consultation. We will contact you using the email address provided at checkout to discuss your design.

The consultation fee will be credited toward your custom garment if you proceed. Final pricing, design details, and production timing will be confirmed before garment production begins. Full payment for the garment is required before production.

Please share any event or delivery deadline during the consultation so we can assess whether it can be accommodated.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International checkout is temporarily unavailable. To inquire about an international order, contact us before purchasing with your requested items, delivery country, and postal code.

We will confirm shipping availability and provide a quote. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be clarified during the quotation process.
