Made to Order

BRICKXLACE pieces are handcrafted to order. Each item requires production time before it is ready to ship.

Please review the production timeline on your product page before purchasing. Production time and shipping time are separate.

U.S. Standard Shipping

Standard shipping rates are based on your order subtotal before shipping and taxes:

  • Orders up to $85: $8

  • Orders $85.01–$149.99: $12

  • Orders $150 and above: Complimentary standard shipping

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after your order ships. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances.

Complimentary shipping applies to U.S. standard shipping only.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available by request. Please contact us through our Contact page before purchasing with the item you would like to order, your delivery ZIP code, and your needed-by date.

We will confirm availability and provide a shipping quote. Express shipping fees are separate from standard shipping and are not included in complimentary shipping.

Express shipping speeds up delivery after your garment is completed. It does not shorten production time.

Rush Production

Need your piece sooner than the listed production timeline? Rush production may be available depending on the design and our current schedule.

Contact us before purchasing to request approval. An additional rush production fee will be quoted based on your request. Express shipping, if needed, is charged separately.

Adding a date to your order notes does not confirm a rush order or guarantee delivery by that date.

International Orders

International checkout is temporarily unavailable. For an international order, please contact us before purchasing with your requested items and delivery country and postal code.

We will confirm whether shipping is available and provide a quote. Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees will be clarified as part of your quote.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your package and update its status.
